30-Day Returns

If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your Chibear Baby Lounger within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

To Be Eligible for a Return

•        Item must be in original, unused condition

•        Original packaging must be included

•        Proof of purchase is required

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@chibear.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

•        Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

•        We do not accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

•        Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@chibear.shop with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
